Partners

A network built around complex estates.

Probate research rarely sits on its own. The estates we work on often touch other specialisms, other jurisdictions and other kinds of asset, and no single practice can hold all of that expertise in house.

Our approach

Specialists, where a matter needs them

Over years of cross-border and complex work we have built relationships with trusted specialists in the United Kingdom and overseas. Where a matter calls for expertise beyond our own, we can draw on that network rather than leaving a practitioner to find and vet a specialist themselves.

These are relationships based on the same standards we hold ourselves to: rigour, discretion, and work that stands up to professional reliance. We introduce partners where it genuinely serves the matter, and we are always clear about who does what.

The partners listed below are those we work with most closely. Our wider network extends considerably further, across the jurisdictions and disciplines that cross-border estate administration regularly reaches.

Who we work with

Pullariani Digital Estate

Pullariani are digital-asset estate implementation specialists. Where an estate includes cryptocurrency, exchange accounts or other digital assets, a valid grant of representation does not, on its own, unlock them. Pullariani work alongside advisers to map access, identify control risks and prepare practical recovery workflows for wallets, exchanges, devices and digital-asset accounts, so that assets which would otherwise be unreachable can be brought into an estate. For matters where digital assets form part of the picture, they are an invaluable complement to our own research and tracing work.
